Kiel Wilson Roping Clinic Participant Registration

WE ARE SORRY, THE APRIL 21 & 22 DATES HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. Kiel is happy to accept novice ropers into the weekend clinic and will give them one on one time at their level as needed.

Participant Terms & Conditions:
1. The cost of each clinic is $400.  2. Full amount is payable upon registration.  3. Refunds for cancellations for the clinic will be honoured until midnight April 12, 2022. After April 12, refunds will not be granted, however, the participant may transfer registration to someone else, subject to the approval of the Nicola Valley Rodeo Association. 4. In the event the NVRA must cancel the clinic, participants will receive a full refund. 5. Participants are responsible for the safety of themselves and their horses. As participants will be entering the arena, all participants are required to submit a signed waiver of liability form & a copy of their current BC Horse Council membership prior to the commencement of the clinic. (Waivers are located below.)6. If the participant does not wish to waive liability, participation in the clinic will not be permitted. Refunds are subject to points 3 & 4 above.7. Covered seating is available for viewing comfort.8. The clinic will be held rain or shine. 9. Safety helmets are recommended for all participants, however, are MANDATORY for participants under 18, who will be mounting a horse. Additionally, participants under 16 must always have a parent or guardian present. 10. This is a combined clinic; participants participate in all events & activities covered throughout the weekend. 11. The clinician is committed to assisting participants achieving their clinic goals & progressing as far as possible by the end of the clinic. However, it's important to remember that everyone progresses at different rates & some may not progress as quickly as others so attendees may finish the clinic at different stages of learning.12. All participants are responsible for bringing their own feed & water buckets/troughs, etc. for their horses for the duration of the clinic.  13. Stalls are available at the grounds for horse accommodations for $15/night. Payment is required at the end of the registration process. NOTE: A $20 deposit is required at check-in. Deposits will be returned at the end of the clinic once it's confirmed your stall has been properly cleaned out. Alternatively, pens (no shelter) are available at no charge on a first come, first serve basis. NVRA does NOT supply shavings. 14. Recording any part of the clinic by video or audio is strictly prohibited.15. Photos may be taken for personal use only, however, are strictly prohibited from posting on public forums or for commercial purposes without the explicit permission of the NVRA, the clinicians and any workshop participants captured in the photos.
